The Lead Together Podcast with Nick and Kim Bogardus

Nick Bogardus brings over two decades of proven, effective leadership experience from both the marketplace and ministry. As a former Senior VP of Marketing & Leadership Development, Nick led a 14-person marketing team at a B2B SaaS company through two years of remarkable 26% revenue growth. He also served as PR/Media Relations Director for one of the largest, fastest-growing churches in the US, securing coverage in outlets like CNN, the Washington Post, and USA Today. Prior to that, he founded a successful artist management company that catapulted multiple bands from garages to the main stage at Coachella while overseeing 8 albums that charted on the Billboard charts, including a certified Gold release. In between, he planted and pastored two churches for a decade.

Kim Bogardus, with her Masters-Level Certification in Executive Coaching and Counseling from the John Townsend Institute at Concordia University and a BA in Communications from APU, spent ten years alongside Nick, planting two churches while raising their three children. She is a sought-after speaker at events for the Gospel Coalition, Harbor Network, and numerous local churches.

Together, they’ve done a decade of premarital and marriage counseling, training and leadership in church planting networks, coaching and consulting for Christian CEOs, lawyers, and school administrators. Their most joyful endeavor is raising and homeschooling their three children.

Nick and Kim bring a dynamic blend of leadership wisdom, marriage and parenting depth, and faith-driven insights to The Integrated Leadership Podcast. Tune in for inspiring conversations, practical advice, and a deep dive into leadership excellence that integrates faith, family, and the marketplace.
